Anti-Goat 2차 항체는 Goat immunoglobulins에 대한 특이성을 가진 친화 정제 항체입니다. 목표 단백질의 검출, 분류 또는 정제에 유용하며, HRP, AP, 형광 등 다양한 검출 시스템과 함께 사용할 수 있습니다.
여러 개의 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합할 수 있어 신호 증폭을 통해 높은 감도를 제공합니다.
대부분의 2차 항체는 목표 종의 면역글로불린 풀을 이용해 숙주 동물을 면역화하여 생성되며, 면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 라벨 결합 등 추가 정제 과정을 통해 높은 특이성을 갖도록 제작됩니다.
