Target Information
Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with high specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of target molecules. Secondary antibodies enhance versatility and sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody. Typically generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species, these antibodies can be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
