Target Information
ATP 의존성 칼슘 펌프는 세포질 내 자유 칼슘 농도를 낮게 유지하는 역할을 담당합니다. 세포 내 소기관에 존재하는 ATP 펌프는 구조적으로 관련된 효소군인 SERCA(sarcoplasmic or endoplasmic reticulum calcium ATPases)에 의해 암호화됩니다.
SERCA2 유전자는 조직 특이적인 처리에 의해 근육 특이적 SERCA2a 및 모든 세포에서 발현되는 SERCA2b 형태를 생성합니다.
SERCA3는 혈소판, 비만세포, 림프구, 상피세포 등에서 SERCA2b와 함께 발현되며, 비근육(non-muscle)형 SERCA로 알려져 있습니다.
