Target Information
EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor)는 다양한 성장 인자에 반응하는 수용체 티로신 키나아제로, 여러 종류의 암에서 과발현이 보고되었습니다. EGFR은 인간 7번 염색체에 위치한 EGFR 유전자에 의해 암호화되며, HER/ERbB 단백질군(ERbB2, ERbB3, ERbB4)에 속합니다. EGF 및 TGF-α 등의 리간드가 결합하면 EGFR은 이합체화(dimerization)되어 세포질 도메인 내 티로신 잔기의 자동 인산화를 유도합니다. 과발현은 두경부, 뇌, 방광, 위, 유방, 폐, 자궁내막, 자궁경부, 외음부, 난소, 식도, 위암 및 편평세포암 등에서 관찰됩니다.
