Product Specific Information
The monoclonal antibody m2a-15F8 recognizes mouse IgG2a antibodies and is used as a secondary reagent in flow cytometry and microscopy. It does not cross-react with other mouse isotypes or any rat immunoglobulins.

- Recommended ≤1.0 µg/test (100 µL final volume, 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test)

Super Bright 780 is a tandem dye excited by the violet laser (405 nm) and emits at 780 nm. Use a 780/60 bandpass filter and ensure instrument compatibility.
Experimental Notes
- Compensation values may differ when using UltraComp eBeads (Product #01-2222-42) or AbC Total Antibody Compensation Beads (Product #A10497).
- When using multiple Super Bright conjugates, use Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product #SB-4401) to minimize non-specific interactions.
- Light Sensitivity: Protect from light to prevent photo-induced oxidation.
- Fixation: Samples can be stored in IC Fixation Buffer (Product #00-8222-49) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product #00-5333-57) for up to 3 days at 4°C.
