PDZ 도메인 상호작용은 수용체 및 채널의 클러스터링에 관여하여 신경 가소성에 기여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
SAP102는 NMDA 수용체 및 Shaker형 칼륨 채널과 같은 단백질의 시냅스막 클러스터링에 관여하며, 이들 단백질은 공통적으로 T/SXV 모티프를 공유합니다.
