Target Information
Synapse-Associated Protein 102 (SAP102)는 시냅스 접합부에서 발견되는 막 관련 단백질군의 일원으로, 세 개의 약 90 아미노산 반복(PDZ 도메인), SH3 도메인, Guanylate kinase homology (GuK) 도메인을 포함합니다.
PDZ 도메인 상호작용은 수용체 및 채널의 클러스터링에 관여하여 신경 가소성에 기여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
SAP102는 NMDA 수용체 및 Shaker형 칼륨 채널과 같은 단백질의 시냅스막 클러스터링에 관여하며, 이들 단백질은 공통적으로 T/SXV 모티프를 공유합니다.
또한, nNOS는 자체 PDZ 도메인을 통해 SAP102와 in vitro 상호작용할 수 있음이 보고되었습니다.
