Target Information
CNTNAP1은 contactin-PTPRZ1 복합체와 연관된 190-kDa 단백질로 처음 확인되었습니다.
이 단백질은 1,384 아미노산으로 구성된 p190 또는 CASPR(contactin-associated protein)으로도 알려져 있습니다.
세포외 도메인은 여러 단백질 상호작용 도메인을 포함하며, 막관통 도메인과 74 아미노산의 세포질 도메인을 가지고 있습니다.
그 구조는 neurexin과 유사하며, contactin의 신호 하위 단위로 작용하여 신경세포 내 신호전달 경로의 활성화를 유도할 수 있습니다.
Northern blot 분석 결과, CNTNAP1 유전자는 주로 뇌에서 6.2 kb 전사체로 발현되며, 다른 조직에서는 약한 발현을 보입니다.
