CD25 (IL2 receptor alpha chain / IL2RA)은 T 및 B 림프구의 증식에 관여하는 사이토카인 수용체입니다. IL2RA, IL2RB, IL2RG로 구성된 고친화성 IL2 수용체 복합체를 형성하며, IL2는 주로 성숙한 T 세포에서 생성됩니다. IL2는 세포 성장, 분화, 사멸 조절에 중요한 역할을 하며, B 세포 증식 촉진, NK 세포 활성 증가, 그리고 granulocyte macrophage colony 형성 억제 기능을 가집니다. 유사 유전자의 결손은 마우스에서 궤양성 대장염 유사 질환을 유발하여 면역 반응 조절에 중요한 역할을 함을 시사합니다. IL2RA 유전자 변이는 interleukin 2 receptor alpha deficiency와 관련이 있습니다.
