Target Information
CDH10은 칼슘 의존적 세포 간 접착을 매개하는 cadherin superfamily의 II형 classical cadherin입니다. 성숙한 cadherin 단백질은 큰 N-말단 세포외 도메인, 단일 막 관통 도메인, 작은 C-말단 세포질 도메인으로 구성됩니다. 세포외 도메인은 5개의 subdomain으로 이루어져 있으며 각 subdomain은 cadherin motif를 포함합니다. CDH10은 주로 뇌에서 발현되며, 시냅스 접착, 축삭 성장 및 유도에 관여하는 것으로 추정됩니다.
