Target Information
KSR1은 Raf family member의 인산화를 촉진하고 MAP kinase 활성화를 유도하는 다단백질 신호 복합체의 일부입니다. MAP2K1/MEK1 또는 MAP2K2/MEK2와 결합 시 BRAF의 allosteric activator로 작용하며, BRAF 매개 MAP2K1/MEK1 및 MAP2K2/MEK2의 인산화를 촉진합니다. EGF 및 cAMP 자극에 대해 MAPK1 및 MAPK3 활성화를 유도합니다. 일부 in vitro kinase 활성이 보고되었으나, 생리학적 관련성은 불분명합니다. [UniProt]
