Target Information

CTLA4 (Cytotoxic T-Lymphocyte Antigen 4)는 주로 CD4+ T 세포에서 발현되는 CD28 계열 수용체입니다.
CTLA4는 CD28과 동일한 리간드(CD80, CD86)를 결합하지만, 더 높은 친화도를 가지며 T세포 기능을 억제합니다.
반면 CD28은 T세포 수용체와 함께 결합 시 세포 기능을 활성화합니다.
조절 T세포 내에서도 CTLA4가 존재하며, 이들의 기능 유지에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
