Target Information
CTLA4 (Cytotoxic T-Lymphocyte Antigen 4)는 주로 CD4+ T 세포에서 발현되는 CD28 계열 수용체입니다.
CD28과 동일한 리간드(CD80 및 CD86)에 결합하지만, 결합 친화도가 더 높습니다.
CD28이 T 세포 기능을 활성화하는 반면, CTLA4는 T 세포 활성을 억제하여 면역 반응을 조절합니다.
또한 CTLA4는 조절 T 세포(regulatory T cells) 내에서도 발현되어 그들의 기능에 중요할 수 있습니다.
