Annexin I는 Ca²⁺ 의존적 인지질 결합 단백질 계열에 속하며, 주로 세포막의 세포질면에 존재합니다. Annexin I는 40 kDa의 분자량을 가지며, phospholipase A2 억제 활성을 나타냅니다. Phospholipase A2는 염증 매개체인 프로스타글란딘과 류코트리엔의 생합성에 필요하므로, Annexin I는 잠재적인 항염증 활성을 가질 수 있습니다.
