Target Information
Prostein은 정상 및 악성 전립선 조직에서 발현되는 새로운 전립선 특이 단백질입니다. 이 단백질은 절단 가능한 신호 펩타이드와 11개의 막관통 영역을 가진 제3형a 막단백질로 보입니다. Prostein의 발현은 안드로겐에 의해 조절되며, LNCaP 세포를 안드로겐으로 처리하면 prostein mRNA 및 단백질 발현 수준이 증가합니다. 따라서 prostein은 전립선암의 진단 및 모니터링에 유용한 전립선 특이적 마커입니다.
