Target Information
Prostein은 정상 및 악성 전립선 조직에서 발현되는 새로운 전립선 특이 단백질로, type IIIa plasma membrane 단백질로 추정됩니다. 이 단백질은 신호 펩타이드와 11개의 막관통 영역을 가지며, 안드로겐 처리 시 LNCaP 세포에서 발현이 증가합니다. 따라서 Prostein은 전립선암의 진단 및 모니터링에 유용한 전립선 특이적 마커로 활용될 수 있습니다.
