Target Information
Prostein은 정상 및 악성 전립선 조직에서 발현되는 새로운 전립선 특이 단백질입니다. 이 단백질은 절단 가능한 신호 펩타이드와 11개의 막관통 영역을 가진 type IIIa 막 단백질로 추정됩니다. Prostein 발현은 안드로겐에 의해 조절되며, LNCaP 세포에서 안드로겐 처리 시 mRNA 및 단백질 수준이 증가합니다. 따라서 Prostein은 전립선암의 진단 및 모니터링에 유용한 전립선 특이적 마커입니다.
