Target Information

Dystrophin은 X 염색체 Xp21 위치의 DMD/BMD 유전자에서 발현되는 427 kDa 단백질로, 근육 생검에서 dystrophin 발현 이상을 검출하기 위해 Western blot과 면역조직화학법이 사용됩니다. DMD/BMD 환자의 경우 dystrophin 이상은 100% 발생하며, 유전적 이상은 약 65%에서만 검출될 수 있습니다.
