Target Information

Dystrophin은 X 염색체 Xp21 위치의 DMB/BMD 유전자로부터 생성되는 427 kDa 단백질입니다. 근육 생검에서 Dystrophin 발현 이상을 검출하기 위해 Western blot 및 Immunohistochemistry가 일반적으로 사용됩니다. DMD/BMD 환자의 100%에서 Dystrophin 이상이 관찰되며, 유전적 이상은 약 65%의 사례에서만 검출됩니다.
