Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of ~1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
CHCHD3 is a component of the MICOS complex, located in the mitochondrial inner membrane.
It plays a crucial role in maintaining crista junctions, inner membrane architecture, and contact sites to the outer membrane.
It may also act as a transcription factor binding to the BAG1 promoter and repressing BAG1 transcription, contributing to MICOS complex stability and mitochondrial cristae morphology.
