Target Information
VPS28 유전자는 세포 표면 수용체의 엔도솜 정렬 과정에 관여하는 단백질을 암호화합니다. 이 단백질은 ESCRT-I 복합체의 세 가지 서브유닛 중 하나로, 유비퀴틴화된 단백질의 분류에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 다른 두 서브유닛은 TSG101(VPS23)과 VPS37이며, 서로 협력하여 다중소포체 경로를 통해 단백질을 수송합니다. 두 가지 대체 전사체가 보고되었으며, 추가적인 전사체가 존재할 가능성이 있습니다.
