Target Information
His6-DEP-1 단백질은 protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) 계열에 속하며, 세포 성장, 분화, 유사분열 주기 및 종양 형성 등 다양한 세포 신호 조절에 관여합니다.
이 PTP는 5개의 fibronectin type III 반복을 포함하는 세포외 영역, 단일 막관통 영역, 그리고 세포내 촉매 도메인을 가지며 receptor-type PTP로 분류됩니다.
모든 조혈 계통에서 발현되며, T 세포 수용체 신호를 음성 조절할 수 있습니다. 또한 PDGF beta receptor의 탈인산화 및 UV 유도 신호전달에도 관여할 수 있습니다.
His6-DEP-1은 다양한 isoform을 인코딩하는 다중 전사 변이를 가집니다.
