Recombinant mouse monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. Specific genes encoding the desired antibodies are cloned into an expression vector and expressed in vitro.

Target Information
Interleukin-17A (IL-17A, CTLA-8) is a CD4+ T cell-derived cytokine that promotes inflammatory responses and is elevated in conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, multiple sclerosis, psoriasis, and transplant rejection.
IL-17A is a 32 kDa disulfide-linked homodimer of 136 amino acids, part of the IL-17A–17F family, signaling through IL-17R/CDw217. It induces IL-6, IL-8, G-CSF, and PGE2 secretion, and supports CD34+ progenitor proliferation and neutrophil maturation.
IL-17A also regulates NF-κB and MAPK pathways, stimulating IL-6 and COX-2 expression and enhancing nitric oxide production.
