- 재구성 시, 증류수 100 µL를 첨가하여 최종 항체 농도를 약 1 mg/mL로 맞추는 것을 권장합니다.
- Conjugation 실험용으로 carrier-free 항체를 사용할 경우, 추가적인 탈염 과정(Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882)을 수행하는 것을 권장합니다.

MAGEB4 유전자는 MAGEB 유전자 패밀리에 속합니다. 이 패밀리의 구성원들은 전체 코딩 서열이 마지막 엑손에 위치하며, 상호 간에 50~68%의 서열 유사성을 보입니다. 프로모터와 첫 번째 엑손의 다양성으로 인해 동일한 기능이 서로 다른 전사 조절 하에서 발현될 수 있습니다. MAGEB 유전자는 X 염색체의 Xp22-p21 영역에 클러스터되어 있으며, MAGEB4 유전자는 MAGEB1의 첫 번째 인트론에서 종료됩니다. 이 유전자는 고환에서 발현됩니다.
