Target Information
DOPA Decarboxylase (aromatic L-amino acid decarboxylase, AADC; DDC)는 카테콜아민 및 세로토닌 생합성의 두 번째 반응을 촉매하는 효소입니다 (Waymire and Haycock, 2002; Berry et al., 1996; Haycock et al., 2003). 또한 미량 아민의 생합성에도 관여합니다. DDC 항체는 도파민성, 노르아드레날린성, 세로토닌성 뉴런의 마커로 사용될 수 있으며, 우울증, 조현병, 파킨슨병, 약물 남용 등의 연구에 활용됩니다 (Kish et al., 2001; Zhu et al., 2000; Zhu et al., 1999).
