Target Information
Cdc20은 세포 분열 촉진 복합체(APC/C)의 유비퀴틴 리가아제 활성에 필수적이며, 기질 특이성을 부여할 수 있습니다. MAD2L1에 의해 조절되며, 중기에는 MAD2L1-CDC20-APC/C 삼합체가 비활성 상태이고 후기에는 CDC20-APC/C 복합체가 활성화되어 기질 분해를 유도합니다. 또한, CDC20-APC/C 복합체는 시냅스 소포의 활성 구역 형성을 촉진하며, NEUROD2의 분해를 통해 시냅스 전 분화를 유도합니다.
