Target Information
SHP-1에 의해 매개되는 단백질 티로신 잔기의 탈인산화는 여러 세포 신호 전달 경로의 조절에 핵심적인 역할을 합니다. 억제 수용체 초가족의 두 가지 유형은 ITIM(immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motif)을 포함하는 억제성 수용체와 이를 포함하지 않는 활성성 수용체입니다. SHP-1을 통한 세포 신호 조절은 PILRα에 의한 억제와 PILRβ에 의한 활성화의 균형을 통해 이루어집니다. 이 유전자는 ITIM을 포함하는 억제성 수용체를 암호화하며, PILRα는 억제 역할을 수행합니다. PILRα 및 PILRβ 유전자는 염색체 7상에 head-to-tail 형태로 배열되어 있습니다.
