Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 25% cross-reactivity with recombinant human DMP-1 is observed.

Target Information
Dentin matrix acidic phosphoprotein (DMP1)은 세포외 기질 단백질로, 작은 인테그린 결합 리간드 N-연결 당단백질(SIBLING) 계열에 속합니다.
이 단백질은 뼈와 상아질의 적절한 무기화에 필수적이며, 다양한 뼈 및 치아 조직 세포에서 발현됩니다.
다수의 산성 도메인, 여러 인산화 부위, 세포 부착 서열(RGD), DNA 결합 도메인을 포함합니다.
미분화된 조골세포에서는 핵 내 단백질로 작용하여 조골세포 특이 유전자의 발현을 조절하며, 성숙 과정에서 인산화되어 세포외 기질로 이동해 무기질화된 기질 형성을 조절합니다.
DMP1 유전자의 돌연변이는 상염색체 열성 저인산혈증을 유발할 수 있으며, 이는 구루병과 골연화증으로 나타납니다.
포유류에서 유전자 구조가 보존되어 있으며, 두 가지 전사 변이체가 보고되었습니다.
