Applications Tested:
정상 인간 말초혈액세포(flow cytometry)에서 테스트됨. 실험 항체와 동일한 농도로 사용 권장.

Target Information

Mouse IgG2b는 항원 자극에 반응하여 B세포에서 생성되는 IgG 아형으로, 혈청 내 세 번째로 풍부한 IgG입니다.
이 항체는 옵소닌화, 보체 활성화, 항체 의존성 세포매개 세포독성(ADCC) 등 면역반응 조절에 관여합니다.
ELISA, Western blotting, 면역조직화학 등 연구 및 진단 응용뿐 아니라 면역치료 및 백신 개발 연구에도 활용됩니다.
