Target Information

Mouse IgG1 is a subtype of immunoglobulin G antibody produced by B cells in response to antigens. It is the most abundant IgG subtype in serum and plays a key role in adaptive immune responses such as opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity. It also regulates immune responses including T cell activation and inhibition of B cell activation. Widely used in ELISA, Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and therapeutic research such as immunotherapy and vaccine development.
