For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

LIPG (Lipase G, Endothelial type) is an endothelial lipase and a member of the lipoprotein lipase gene family. It is synthesized by endothelial cells and functions locally to modulate lipoprotein metabolism. Overexpression of LIPG reduces HDL cholesterol levels, while deficiency elevates HDL levels in animals.
LIPG exhibits phospholipase activity and plays a role in lipoprotein metabolism and vascular biology. It belongs to the TG lipase family, characterized by a lid region conferring substrate specificity. LIPG acts as a carboxyl esterase, hydrolyzing HDL, emulsifying triglycerides, aiding in dietary fat digestion, and binding to heparin.
