The monoclonal rat IgG1, kappa antibody serves as an isotype control immunoglobulin.
This rat IgG1 isotype control has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis and ELISA.
It has been used for flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocyte suspension and can be applied at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.

Target Information
Rat IgG1 is a subclass of immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibodies produced by rats in response to antigens.

Rat IgG1 is also used in gene targeting studies for generating animal models to investigate human disease mechanisms.
