Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform desalting again using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
RRM2 is one of two non-identical subunits of ribonucleotide reductase, which catalyzes the formation of deoxyribonucleotides from ribonucleotides.
The synthesis of the M2 subunit is regulated in a cell cycle-dependent manner.
