For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Defects in this gene can cause hyperprolinemia type 1 and may contribute to susceptibility to schizophrenia 4 (SCZD4).
This gene is located on chromosome 22q11.21, associated with DiGeorge syndrome and CATCH22 syndrome.
