1 µL/mL of PA5-77804 was sufficient for detection of Aha1 in 10 µg of mixed human cell lysate by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using Goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
Detects approximately 38 kDa.
Target Information
Acts as a co-chaperone of HSP90AA1 (PubMed:29127155). Activates the ATPase activity of HSP90AA1 leading to increased chaperone activity (PubMed:29127155).
Competes with inhibitory co-chaperones FNIP1 and TSC1 for binding to HSP90AA1, providing reciprocal regulatory mechanisms for chaperoning of client proteins (PubMed:27353360, 29127155).
