Target Information
PRL-2 (Protein tyrosine phosphatase 4a2, Ptp4a2)는 핵 내 단백질 티로신 포스파타아제로, 다양한 세포 과정의 조절에 중심적인 역할을 합니다.
PRL-1은 mitogen 자극 세포 및 재생 간에서 유도되며, PRL-2는 PRL-1과 87%의 아미노산 서열 동일성을 보입니다.
모든 mouse PRL 단백질은 prenylation을 위한 C-말단 합의 서열을 포함하고 있으며, Cdc14p 및 종양 억제 단백질 PTEN/MMAC1과 상당한 서열 상동성을 가집니다.
PRL-2는 주로 골격근에서 발현되며, 다른 조직에서는 낮은 수준으로 발현됩니다.
