Pipette Operation

Forward Technique (for low-density liquids)

Press the push button to the first STOP.
Slowly release to the ready position to aspirate liquid.
Deliver by pressing to the first STOP, then to the second STOP to empty.
Release to ready position; change tip if necessary.

Reverse Technique (for high-viscosity or volatile liquids)

Press to the second STOP and release slowly to aspirate more than preset volume.
Press to the first STOP to dispense preset volume.
Discard remaining liquid with the tip.

Calibration and Adjustment

Use the Service Tool as shown.
Turn clockwise to increase volume, counterclockwise to decrease.
Calibrate 1–2 times per year depending on usage.

Storage and Transportation

Store and transport at room temperature.

Notice

Ensure pipette and tips are at the same temperature before use.
Do not invert or lay flat when filled; use a pipette stand.
Operate within specified volume range.
Apply maintenance oil to sealing ring if unused for long periods.
Disassembly should be done by a professional technician.
