Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
GATA3 is a transcription factor that binds enhancer elements of T-cell receptor (TCR) genes (alpha, beta, gamma, delta). It plays a critical role in T-cell lineage differentiation and activation.
Originally identified as a zinc finger-containing enhancer-binding protein, GATA3 is expressed in T lymphocytes but not in B cells or macrophages.
The human GATA3 gene consists of six exons spanning approximately 17 kb, encoding two zinc finger domains highly conserved with GATA1.
