Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

CD73 (Ecto-5'-nucleotidase, 5'-ribonucleotide phosphohydrolase) catalyzes the conversion of purine 5'-mononucleotides to nucleosides at neutral pH, with AMP as the preferred substrate.
It forms a dimer of two identical 70 kDa subunits attached to the plasma membrane via a glycosyl phosphatidylinositol linkage and serves as a marker of lymphocyte differentiation.

Deficiency in CD73 is associated with various immunodeficiency diseases.
The CD73 gene is localized to chromosome 6q14–q21. Mutations can cause calcification of joints and arteries, and intestinal tuberculosis.
Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
