Target Information
TNPO3는 importin beta/transportin 계열의 핵 내 수입 수용체로, SR 단백질로 알려진 필수 스플라이싱 인자에 특이적으로 결합합니다. 이 결합은 RS 도메인이 인산화되었을 때만 발생합니다. TNPO3는 HIV 의존 인자로 확인되어, TNPO3 결핍 시 역전사 이후 통합 이전 단계에서 HIV 억제가 일어나는 것으로 보고되었습니다. 따라서 TNPO3는 HIV 치료의 잠재적 약물 표적이 될 수 있습니다. 현재 최소 3가지 동종형이 존재하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
