  • IHC (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
  • 포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시, 10 mM Tris + 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각합니다.

Target Information

CD209 유전자는 수지상세포 및 대식세포 표면에 발현되는 막단백질 수용체로, DC-SIGN으로도 알려져 있습니다.
이 단백질은 선천면역계에서 다양한 병원체(기생충, 바이러스 등)를 인식하며, 다음과 같은 구조적 특징을 가집니다.

  • N-말단 막관통 영역
  • Tandem-repeat neck domain
  • C-type lectin carbohydrate recognition domain

C-type lectin 및 neck domain은 병원체 인식과 세포 부착 수용체 기능을 모두 가지며, neck 영역의 반복 서열 수 변이는 리간드 결합 능력에 영향을 줍니다.
본 유전자는 L-SIGN(GeneID 10332)과 유사하나, 리간드 결합 특성과 분포에서 차이를 보입니다.
대체 스플라이싱으로 여러 변이체가 존재합니다.
