Target Information
Apolipoprotein A4 (ApoA-IV)는 단백질 절단 후 O-결합 당단백질 형태로 존재하는 혈장 단백질입니다. ApoA4는 HDL의 주요 구성 요소이며, 새로 합성된 킬로미크론 표면에서도 발견됩니다. 아직 생리적 기능이 완전히 규명되지는 않았으나, 여러 in vitro 연구에서 ApoA4가 말초 세포에서 간으로 콜레스테롤을 운반하는 역콜레스테롤 수송 경로에 관여함이 보고되었습니다.
