Lactoperoxidase는 monospecific antiserum으로부터 정제된 IgG fraction 항체입니다. 정제 과정은 탈지화, 염 분획, 이온 교환 크로마토그래피 및 버퍼에 대한 광범위한 투석 단계를 포함합니다. 면역전기영동 시험 결과 anti-Peroxidase, anti-Sheep Serum 및 정제된 Lactoperoxidase (Bovine Milk)에 대해 단일 침전 아크를 형성했습니다. 다른 종의 Lactoperoxidase에 대한 교차 반응성은 알려져 있지 않습니다.
Target Information
이 유전자는 침샘, 유선 및 기타 점막선에서 분비되는 산화환원효소를 암호화하며, 천연 항균제로 작용합니다. 다양한 전사 변형체가 보고되어 여러 isoform을 형성합니다.
