Target Information
HABP2는 히알루론산과 결합하는 세포외 세린 프로테아제로, 세포 부착에 관여합니다. 단일 사슬 형태로 합성되지만, 자가 단백질분해를 통해 기능적인 이형이합체를 형성합니다. 추가적인 자가분해는 비활성 펩타이드로 이어집니다. 이 프로테아제는 urinary plasminogen activator, coagulation factor VII, 그리고 fibrinogen의 α 및 β 사슬을 절단하지만, prothrombin, plasminogen, 또는 γ 사슬은 절단하지 않습니다. 두 개의 전사 변이체가 보고되었습니다.
