Target Information

KIR3DL1 (Killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor 3DL1)는 자연살해세포(NK cell) 및 일부 T세포에서 발현되는 막관통 당단백질입니다.
이 단백질은 염색체 19q13.4의 leukocyte receptor complex (LRC) 내 KIR 유전자 군에 속하며, 다양한 하플로타입에서 다형성과 높은 상동성을 보입니다.
KIR 단백질은 세포외 Ig 도메인 수(2D 또는 3D)와 세포질 도메인 길이(L 또는 S)에 따라 분류됩니다.

• 긴(L) 도메인을 가진 KIR은 ITIM 모티프를 통해 억제 신호를 전달합니다.
• 짧은(S) 도메인을 가진 KIR은 TYRO 단백질 티로신 키나아제 결합 단백질과 연관되어 활성 신호를 전달합니다.
  여러 KIR 단백질의 리간드는 HLA class I 분자의 일부로, KIR은 면역 반응 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
