IL2는 주로 성숙한 T 세포에서 생성되며, 세포 성장, 분화, 세포사 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
IL2 수용체 α 사슬의 결손은 면역 반응 이상과 관련된 질환을 유발할 수 있습니다.
