Target Information
FPR1(formyl peptide receptor 1)은 주로 백혈구, 호중구, 단핵구에 발현되는 케모카인 수용체 계열의 GPCR입니다. 세균에 의해 생성된 폼밀화 펩타이드와 결합하여 염증 부위로 백혈구를 유도하며, 신호 전달을 통해 phospholipase C 활성화, 칼슘 이동, PKC 활성화를 유도합니다. 또한 세포골격 극성화, 인테그린 활성화, 세포 이동, 식작용, 탈과립 및 활성 산소 생성과 같은 다양한 면역 반응을 조절합니다.
