USHBP1, also named as Mutated in colon cancer protein 2 or AIE-75-binding protein, is a 703 amino acid protein belonging to the MCC family. It shows the highest expression in the heart, with moderate to low expression in skeletal muscle, kidney, liver, small intestine, placenta, and lung.
