For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

TTK is a serine/threonine kinase closely related to SPK1, PIM1, and CDC2 kinases. It functions as a dual-specificity kinase capable of phosphorylating tyrosine residues. The enzyme consists of a catalytic subunit and a constant regulatory subunit A, which acts as a scaffold for assembly with variable regulatory B subunits. TTK encodes the alpha isoform of the constant regulatory subunit A. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants have been reported.
