Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
- For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
MGARP is involved in the trafficking of mitochondria along microtubules. It regulates kinesin-mediated axonal transport of mitochondria to nerve terminals during hypoxia and facilitates TRAK2/GRIF1 translocation from cytoplasm to mitochondria. MGARP also contributes to steroidogenesis by maintaining mitochondrial abundance and morphology.
