This antibody is predicted to react with Rat and Bovine.
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned, and individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information

Histones are basic nuclear proteins responsible for the nucleosome structure of chromosomal fibers in eukaryotes.
Nucleosomes consist of approximately 146 bp of DNA wrapped around a histone octamer composed of H2A, H2B, H3, and H4.
Chromatin fibers are further compacted through interactions with linker histone H1, forming higher-order chromatin structures.
The H3 gene is intronless, lacks a polyA tail, contains a palindromic termination element, and is located separately from other H3 genes on chromosome 6p22-p21.3.
